Cancellation Policy

Attention EU Customers: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, as per EU regulations. To exercise this right, simply inform us at ReDefine Jewellery (7 Wendan Road, Thorne, DN8 5QX, redefinejewellery@outlook.com) of your decision to withdraw by sending an unequivocal statement. While you may use the model withdrawal form provided, it is not mandatory.

 

Please note that if you do decide to withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse you for all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of non-standard delivery), within 14 days of being informed of your decision. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent them back. There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as goods that have been personalized or sealed items that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

ReDefine Jewellery Loyalty Card Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the ReDefine Jewellery Loyalty Card Program (the "Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Program is a way ReDefine Jewellery rewards and thanks its loyal customers. Under the Program, for every eight items you purchase, you will receive the 9th item free of charge. You will receive one stamp on every item you purchase on your Loyalty Card. Once you accumulate eight stamps on your card, your next purchase will be free up to a pre-defined limit (the "Reward").

The Reward cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise. Rewards can be redeemed at any ReDefine Jewellery location. When you make your 9th purchase, you must present your Loyalty Card at the time of sale to redeem your Reward.

By participating in the Program, you agree that ReDefine Jewellery may collect, use, and share your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

ReDefine Jewellery reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Program without prior notice.

Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you.

By participating in the Program, you release ReDefine Jewellery and its affiliates from any and all liability regarding the Program. ReDefine Jewellery will resolve any disputes relating to the Program or these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising under or related to them will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the ReDefine Jewellery store is located.
